1. General

* Is this the original eWall of Fame?
Yes! This is the first, one and only, original eWall of Fame.

* What is the eWall of Fame?
The eWall of Fame is the first online place where you can make yourself, someone else or something unforgettable. Once you're on the eWall, voters can vote for your brick or against it. The bricks with the most votes (votes for minus votes against) show up at the first places on the eWall. Every 100,000th voter wins $50,000.00.

* What happens if I won?
If you are a 100,000th voter you will be personally contacted by us. We will ask you to identify yourself, and discuss a way to send you your money.

* Can I participate?
If you are a person older then 16, you can participate.

* How long will this site be online?
We will try to keep the site online as long as technicaly possible. But we garantee the site will be online for at least 5 years couning from 1st january 2007.

* When is the eWall updated?
The eWall is updated randomly, but at least every 48 hours.

2. Bricks

* Why should I get a free brick on the eWall of Fame?
Because it's fun and it's free! Secondly, your brick will be seen by potentially millions of people in the comming years who can click on your site.

* How is the order of the bricks stipulated?
The sum of your pro votes minus your votes against gives you your rate on the eWall. The higher your rate the higher you end up. If two bricks have the same rate, the first brick entered will come first.

* Wich images can I use?
All .jpg and .gif images can be used, as long as its content and/or link are not deemed offensive, pornographic or copyright protected. We would like to refer to our terms and conditions for specific details.

* Can I have more than one brick?
Yes. As long as you use different url's, you can have as many bricks as you want. For example you are a couple, have two kids and a puppy, you may have different bricks for all of them if you got a unique page for them.

* Is there a maximum number of bricks?
The size of the ewall itself is not limited. Although the wall is subdivided in different pages. A top 100, a top 1000 and all other pages after that per 1000.

* Can I buy a bigger brick?
No. All bricks are allways the same size (80 x 80 pixels), but you can buy more than one brick.

* Can I change my brick?
No. Your choosen brick and its data is final and can not be changed again.

* Can I delete my Brick completely?
Yes, we can delete your brick by your personal request and after identification of yourself. You don't need a reason to delete a brick..

* What if the image for my brick is not accepted the first time?
You will get one more chace to update your image in agreement with our terms and conditions. If you don't do that or you send another image that is not permitted, YOUR BRICK WILL BE REMOVED. Please read our trems and conditions for all the details.

3. Voting

* Is there a limitation in the number of votes I can cast?
No. You can vote as many times as you want.

* Can I win the $50,000.00 more than once?
Yes. If it would happen that you are two or more times the 100,000th voter, you will win the prize multiple times.

* How do I know if I am the 100,000th voter and won?
If you are a 100,000th voter, you will be contacted by us personally.

* Do votes against bricks count for the prize?
Yes. All votes count for the $50,000.00 prize.

* Do votes count that I get with the buying of a brick?
Yes. If you put a brick online you get 10 free votes. If one of these votes is a 100,000th vote you will win the $50,000.00 prize.

* Can I vote for my own brick(s)?
Yes, since you can have multiple bricks it is also allowed to vote for your own bricks. Even if one of these votes would be a 100,000th vote, you will win the $50,000.00 prize.

4. Privacy

* Can people see my personal details?
No, never. We are respecting your privacy, for all details, please read our privacy policy. The only time we could ask to make yourself known is when you are a winner of $50,000.00 but this will not be obligated.

* Can I change my personal details.
Yes. You can update your personal details at any time. By loggin in an clicking on the "My eWall " link.

* Can I sell my brick?
No. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold or otherwise transferred to any other person.
